Dr. Joseph Toomey is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychological services across clinical, legal, and academic settings. He is the founder of Toomey Psychological Services, LLC, where he offers comprehensive psychological and forensic evaluations. He has conducted thousands of clinical and forensic assessments and currently serves as a Designated Forensic Psychologist in Massachusetts. In addition to his clinical and forensic work, he is Associate Chair and Director of Forensic Programs at William James College, where he trains the next generation of psychologists and consults on system-level mental health and risk management issues.
